Bristol cycling challenge training rides

Training Rides

Our Break The Cycle training rides will start on Saturday 4th March, meeting at 8.45am to leave at 9am sharp. The rides will start and finish at the Ashton Gate coffee shop. Other training ride dates for your diary - Sunday 23rd April, Saturday 20th May and Sunday 4th June.

These rides are open to everyone, groups will be arranged to suit all levels of ability. If it’s your first time out with us, it’s simple really, we pride ourselves on being inclusive not exclusive, so don’t worry you will meet other like minded cyclists, no matter if you are an experienced roadie or a relative beginner to road cycling. Our aim is for the rides to feel friendly and sociable, we will always stop for good coffee and cake en-route!

You will be able to ride at a pace that suits your cycling experience, fitness levels and personal goals. If you’ve never ridden in a group before you will have the chance to learn new skills with experienced cyclists around to help you.

So that we can plan the rides in advance, all we ask is that you please confirm by e mail to pglanville@bristolrugby.co.uk that you intend to come along, by 5pm on the Wednesday before each ride, describing briefly your cycling experience, fitness level and personal goals and anything else important you think we should know. We will also post details of rides on Facebook and Twitter so please ‘Like’ us or ‘Follow’ us @_BTC2017.

As always, any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I look forward to seeing you on the road soon.

The Rules-
